New Employees

How do I register new employees?

All of your employees, under the age of 75, whether full time, part time or casual can become members of MTAA Super. Simply include their details on your monthly Contribution Return, or add them using SuperSite. You need to include:

  • Your employee’s full name (including title).
  • Date of birth.
  • Postal address.
  • Date they commenced employment with you.
  • Tax File Number.

Your employees can also join by completing a Membership Application located in theMember Handbook.

We will then send the new member a full membership kit with all the information they require to make the most of their MTAA Super membership.

If an employee is already a member of MTAA Super, you still need to provide all the above details to begin their membership as part of your employer group.  If you know it, you should also provide their current membership number.
