Following the negative 2.65% returns of June, July has seen a turn-around in Australian equities with the month to date returns at 4.55%. International equity returns have also shown improved performance erasing some of June's 4.16% loss to post 4.28% (partially hedged) for July to date. Emerging markets enjoyed a similar pattern of performance, showing positive 1.14% returns for July to date on an unhedged basis.
Australian fixed interest returns are at -0.26% and international fixed interest at 0.49% for July to date.
Cash returns for July to date are 0.36%.
